1. Use of Designs

All designs purchased or downloaded from EmbEasy.com are licensed for personal and commercial use. You may sell finished embroidered goods made using our designs. You may not:

Resell, redistribute, or share the digital design files
Claim the designs as your own original artwork
Use the designs in print-on-demand digital products (e.g., selling the digital file itself)

2. Downloads

Free registered accounts receive unlimited downloads. Anonymous visitors are subject to a daily download limit.

3. Payments

All paid transactions are processed securely through PayPal/Stripe. EmbEasy.com does not store your payment information.

4. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from the use of this website or its services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation via our contact channels. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Vietnam.

6. Limitation of Liability

EmbEasy.com provides designs and services on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our designs or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or production time. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific order.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use any design purchased from EmbEasy.com in a way that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others, use our platform to upload or transmit malicious content, attempt to resell, redistribute, or sublicense the digital design files themselves (as opposed to finished embroidered products, which remain permitted under our commercial use license), or attempt to circumvent download limits or security measures on the website.

8. Data Deletion Instructions

EmbEasy's Facebook integration ("EmbEasy Page Auto Post") is used solely to publish content from EmbEasy to our own official Facebook Page. It does not use Facebook Login, and it does not collect, store, or process any personal data from Facebook users who view or interact with our Page.

If you have an EmbEasy account and would like to request deletion of your personal data (including any account information, order history, or data associated with your use of embeasy.com), please email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request," including the email address associated with your account. We will process your request and confirm deletion within 30 days.

EmbEasy.com is independently owned and operated by NGUYEN VAN HIEN, based in Hai Phong, Vietnam.
